To help us have a great start, here are the terms and conditions to accept with your purchase.

Harbour Hub’s clients have an excellent record of landing jobs and advancing their careers. While Harbour Hub’s clients have achieved notable success in securing employment and progressing in their careers, it’s important to understand that Harbour Hub does not provide a guarantee of job placement or promotion as an outcome of utilizing our services unless it is specified. The dynamics of the job market lie beyond the control of career services.

You, the individual whose name is printed below and is referred to herein as (“Client,” “you” or “your”), in exchange for services to be provided by Harbour Hub Inc. (“Harbour Hub” or “we,” “our,” or “us”) agrees to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”):

These Terms create a binding agreement between you and Harbour Hub and govern any and all services provided to you by or through Harbour Hub, whether through an electronic platform, by phone, or in person (“Services”), subject to your compliance with all the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein. Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or receiving any “Service,” “Product,” or “Program.” These Terms will govern all Services you receive from us. By electronically signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and understand your duties and responsibilities as outlined in these Terms, and you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms affect your legal rights and obligations, so if you do not agree to these Terms, do not sign below and do not receive any Services from Harbour Hub.

Harbour Hub shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other losses resulting from advice, information, or recommendations provided through our services. You understand and acknowledge that any decisions you make based on our advice or recommendations are at your own risk. We strongly recommend seeking additional professional advice before making significant career-related decisions. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any information you provide to us, including but not limited to your resume, cover letter, and personal background. We do not verify the accuracy of the information provided by clients. Any reliance on the information, advice, or recommendations provided by Harbour Hub is solely at your own discretion. Harbour Hub is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and any materials you provide to us. However, we cannot guarantee the security of electronic transmissions and cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized access to or disclosure of your information. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Harbour Hub and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions. Harbour Hub reserves the right to modify or terminate its services, website, or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Los Angeles, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY ON SERVICES RENDERED:
As a client, you acknowledge and agree that while Harbour Hub provides the best available tools, ideas, advice, and commercially available data, we cannot be responsible for the changing market conditions, job posting changes, or a client’s persistence, attitude, and willingness to implement their action plan. NO VERBAL OR WRITTEN PROMISE OR GUARANTEE OF ANY JOB OR EMPLOYMENT IS MADE OR IMPLIED UNDER THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT. Ultimately, your success in the job market is solely your responsibility.

Your service includes professionally written documents also known as marketing and branding documents and/or career development sessions. As the client, you are responsible for reviewing your completed documents from our service providers for completeness and accuracy. Harbour Hub is not liable for any damage caused by omissions, false statements, or inaccuracies. We work with you through the document edit phase. As the client, it is your responsibility to review and finalize your documents before using them. If you find it necessary to make modifications to your personalized written document prepared by Harbour Hub, we kindly ask that you submit a written request prior to the conclusion of your service. It’s important to be aware that any requests made subsequent to this point will regrettably not be accommodated.

AGREEMENT TO SERVICES AS LAID OUT ON OUR WEBSITE AND FAQ
By acknowledging these terms, you agree to undergo our service processes as they are listed on our website/in our FAQ. If you need clarification on what each of these services looks like before purchasing, you can reach out to our team at admin@harbourhub.com.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Survival of Provisions. The provisions of Sections (Terms and Fees) hereof shall survive termination of this Agreement for whatever cause, including, but not limited to the mutual agreement to terminate this Agreement by both parties hereto.

Passwords. All access codes and passwords that are personal to the individual will be provided to Harbour Hub. Company Personnel are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of all access codes and passwords provided and ensuring that each access code and password is only used by the individual authorized.

Harbour Hub reserves the right to refuse service, terminate a client relationship, or otherwise cancel orders at their sole discretion. Harbour Hub is under no legal obligation to refund the purchase price of any service under any circumstance. However, we will seek to satisfy every client within reasonable accommodation.

CONCLUSION
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Harbour Hub regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. All terms and conditions are subject to the recent service agreement you signed with Harbour Hub.
